Gary says the experience was 'brutal' due to the cold and windy weather
The ex-Royal Navy mine clearance diver, Gary Ferguson, ran 101 miles from Fort William to Glasgow on the West Highland Way over the weekend.
Gary said: "I can honestly say that I didn’t really enjoy it that much whatsoever. It was tasking mentally and physically. "Helping raise awareness for a great cause like Doddie Aid, I would never regret doing something like that. I finished, I did it, I’m proud of it and it was a great thing.During the run, Gary says he met a man called Paul who had heard about a journal he created.
