Humour is often the best way to deal with stressful times
It's the day students dread, even if they think they've done well. SQA exam results day in Scotland, sees thousands of young people getting the text or letter they've been worried about and as with all things stressful, the Scots usually react with humour.
That means pretty much one thing - social media is alight with funny tweets from pupils wanting to celebrate, cry or even laugh about their results. While many may joke about their results or their reaction to them, it's important to remember that even if they aren't what you are expecting there is no such thing as true failure only lessons we can learn from.
There are so many options available these days that bad results shouldn't be a hindrance, they should only make you more determined to succeed in future.
