Seb will be driving some iconic F1 cars at Goodwood this year 🤩
Sebastian Vettel will be heading to the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July, driving multiple historic Formula 1 cars from his collection across the weekend.
Vettel will be driving the same car again at Goodwood in July, one of the most successful in the history of Formula 1, as well as others from his collection, including Ayrton Senna’s McLaren MP4/8 from 1993 – with a display of Vettel’s collection also set to be available for public view across the weekend.
“I’m a passionate racer and it’s important to me that we continue to enjoy driving iconic racing cars today and in the future, but that we do so in a responsible way.”The Duke of Richmond, who hosts the annual festival, added: “I have fond memories of Sebastian’s first visit to the Festival of Speed in 2012 and am hugely excited to welcome him back to Goodwood.
“His attitude towards sourcing alternative fuels absolutely aligns with our plans across the event and the wider Estate to ensure we are shining a light on this important topic and protect motorsport for the next generation.”
