A 52-year-old woman has been arrested and charged and is expected to appear at Glasgow Sherrif Court.
A senior member of staff at Glasgow City Council has been arrested and charged following a disturbance with soup kitchen volunteers.
A report will now be sent to the Procurator Fiscal and the woman is expected to appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
