Brennan Bell became fixated with her
A stalker sexually assaulted a shop worker after he formed an "utterly inappropriate fixation" with her, a court heard. In the beginning, Brennan Bell went into the store where she worked in Derbyshire, then contacted her directly on Facebook and sent her messages.
She told him to find someone of his own age - but then he started turning up at her home. When she opened the door on the first occasion, Bell exposed himself and she called police.But Bell returned three weeks later and she told him to go away. He did not give up and went into the shop when she was working a nightshift.
But Bell was lurking nearby on her route home. She walked by him at a bus stop and he told her he was "coming with her". He touched her bottom with his hand but she told him "no". The episode affected her health and made her depressed and changed her as a person, Nottingham Crown Court heard on Thursday . Bell, 25, of George Street, Riddings, Alfreton, behaved utterly inappropriately, said Gregor Purcell, the barrister who represented him in court.
