Going to be a lot of champagne here 😱🥂

Glitzy London celebhaunt Sexy Fish is soon to open in Manchester - and the first images of how it's going to look are pretty lavish. Bosses have revealed that the ultra-luxurious interiors at the restaurant will include Damien Hirst artworks, giant sea sculptures, a mini waterfall and fish lighting.

A release issued today from the company said that the striking interiors are set to feature spectacular artworks from international artist, Damien Hirst, including three giant sculptures incorporating creatures from under the sea, specially created for the space. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, offering a la carte options, Omakase tasting menus, and late-night dining options. Dishes will include creations inspired by the seas of Asia, alongside signatures such as Duck Salad, Smoked Tuna Belly, Crispy Eringi Mushroom, Black Cod, and King Crab.

The London and Miami venues are also famous for their cocktails - and Manchester will follow in that trend. They say there will be four bespoke serves curated specifically for Sexy Fish Manchester, including Strawberry & Grapefruit , featuring Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky, strawberry, grapefruit, black pepper, lemon and soda, and Tonic & Mango , created with Manchester’s Thomas Dakin Gin, aromatic tonic water, mango, coconut, and pandan.
