Shaughna Phillips was left "speechless" after turning to the NHS for advice on how to dress while pregnant.
"Reading my NHS pregnancy app and this is the guide to dressing when pregnant," Shaughna told her 1.4 million followers. But before getting her lips done, Shaughna is intent on getting Botox as she insisted it's a "necessity" now.
