Shoppers baffled as huge Christmas tree is put up on street - three months early

The 30ft tree has already been decorated with baubles, tinsel and a silver star on top, three months early. At first, many thought it was the local council who put the festive tree up early, as they took to Twitter to ask what was going on, reportedOne shopper said: ‘Quick question…is 3 months too early for putting up a Christmas tree in hackney central?
