Diego Simeone has been slated for his sour handshake with Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers following a contentious Champions League contest at Parkhead last night.
Celtic led twice thanks to goals from Kyogo Furuhahsi and Luis Palma but twice Atletico responded through Antoine Griezmann and Alvaro Morata. As Simeone looked at the TV cameras making hand gestures, Rodgers was awaiting a handshake, the Argentine then turned, gave a quick slap of the hand and then made his way down the Parkhead tunnel.A third commented:"He was unlikeable as a player and even less likeable as a coach."
Speaking after the game, Simeone said: “As expected, they started really well, as they did in their first two games.
