An SNP leadership contender has defended her decision to send her children to an elite, fee-paying private school
.The Edinburgh Eastern MSP is going up against Health Secretary Humza Yousaf and Finance Secretary Kate Forbes in the race to succeed Nicola Sturgeon.
However, she was also asked by the Record about her decision before she entered politics to use a private school for her children.
