Jordan Haynes was under investigation for drugs offences at the time
A spice dealer told a woman she took his punch "like a man" before hitting her again when she asked him to leave her home.
Prosecutor Adam Walker told Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday: "When guests came uninvited, her and her husband didn't object. The guests were described as being under the influence of drugs or alcohol and in possession of a weapon."He said that when the police went to the house, "four of the people ran away." Mr Walker added: "After midnight, things became fractious and a fight broke out.
The woman suffered a fracture to part of her right eye socket and a fractured nose. It was said Haynes, of First Avenue, Armley, was under investigation at the time after officers found spice, crack cocaine, cash and drug paraphernalia at his home during a warrant on June 4, 2021. He had 10 previous convictions for 18 offences including theft, public order offending, dangerous driving, affray and possession of an offensive weapon.
