Twitter’s newest main character has come under fire for complaining about not being able to explore gas giants in Starfield.
, but that’s now been replaced with arguments concerning Starfield’s planets and how not all of them can be freely explored., one Twitter user accused Bethesda of lying upon learning that certain planets, which resemble Saturn or Uranus, can’t be explored… only to be told by others that that was never going to be possible to begin with.
For anyone less knowledgeable about the subject, planets like Saturn are gas giants primarily composed of hydrogen and helium, and thus lack hard surfaces to walk on . Despite the backlash they’ve received, DoWhatYouDo6 has vigorously defended their position, arguing that as a game ‘with alien creatures and jetpacks and spaceships shaped like robots,’ Starfield doesn’t have to conform to reality.
If you *could* land on the planet, youâd fall continuously as the pressure would increase, which would eventually crush and vaporize you. So Iâm good with not being able to land there lol.Why not? It’s a video game….
