Nexusmods, the well respected and loved modding community have announced that a Starfield community patch will be in the works
The also state the patch will not be adding new quests, missions and weapons – and instead will be focusing on the overall game experience.Any tweaks that are not in keeping with the original vision for the game
The post states that the project has actually been in the planning stages as far back as December 2021, but was of course delayed as the game itself was delayed. It’s also hoped that the the community will get behind the mods, there is a core team of four talented modders who will be driving the effort. As of today, there are no mods listed on the site, but in time more will come – much like Skyrim.
We think this is a fantastic iniatative and it’s awesome to see such huge support for a game that really will flourish in the modding community. For those looking to play the game, Starfield arrives in early access shortly, and you can read all about it in our
