The ESRB rating for upcoming Bethesda RPG Starfield has been published over the weekend, giving those looking forward to the sci-fi game some additional insight in what they can expect to get up when the game launches later this year.
some this you’ll hear after sharing a bed with characters. “I’m all for getting a little wild, but next time let’s try it without the jetpacks.” It also seems it’ll be keeping some of the nihilistic humour seen in Fallout, with lines like “Life is a sexually transmitted disease that’s a hundred percent fatal.”
Elsewhere, the listing reveals the game will include another fictional drug following the lines of the Elder Scroll’s Skooma and Fallout’s Chems in the form of Aurora. It’ll be a “prominent” feature in the game, with you at some point working in an illicit drug lab, as well as of course being able to buy or steal the drug from vendors. While we don’t know yet how this drug will effect your in-game character’s stats, we do know taking it will “result in a distortion effect” on the screen.
The listing reveals a couple of smaller, if expected, tidbits on combat too, letting us know that “combat is fast-paced, with frequent gunfire, cries of pain and explosions. Attacks on some enemies can result in blood splatter effects.
