Reality star Stephen Bear's sentencing for his revenge porn trial has been delayed after a judge has granted him time to undergo a psychiatric report.
He was tried at Chelmsford Crown Court in December 2020, where he was found guilty of voyeurism by a majority verdict and guilty to two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress by a unanimous verdict. She said: "The sentence should be adjourned for the wait to prepare this report. I realise the delay will cause stress and anxiety to all those involved in the proceedings, but it's in my submission the court have all the evidence available before it.
