The court heard Karl Poole hit his head on the road and was unconscious following the alleged incident Prosecutor Michael Bunch said the men had been drinking since midnight and had gone to watch the sunrise at the beach, and had passed Tompkinson’s house on the way back to Hall’s residence and were making noise out there.
