Five people have been arrested this morning after a car that had been reported stolen crashed into multiple vehicles during a police chase in Rochdale. Police say the vehicle's occupants attempted to flee from chasing police officers.
Police say the car failed to stop for officers. It was subsequently pursued along Queensway - where it collided with multiple vehicles. The driver was allegedly found to be in possession with intent to supply class A drugs, while the car was also found with false plates, said police.Great Manchester Police first tweeted about the incident in the early hours of this morning. They said: "Stolen at 9pm last night in Farnworth this Yaris was picked up by #RPTF patrols in Darcy lever.
