Strictly Come Dancing star Amanda Abbington reveals she didn't keep casting secret
on Friday , where she was quizzed by presenters Alex Jones and Roman Kemp.
Alex and Roman's first question for Amanda was how she'd managed to keep her casting from leaking — but it turns out she hadn't adhered to the BBC's notorious secrecy. "It's out, it's out now," Amanda said with a sigh of relief. "I didn't keep it a secret. I told everyone."— but don't tell anyone'."when she already has a busy acting schedule.
"The man reason is to embarrass my two teenage children," Amanda quipped, before saying more seriously: "But also because I'm perimenopausal and I want to take the bull by the horns, and embrace [being] 51."
