Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton has spoken out after her professional dance parter Gorka Márquez told her to "believe in yourself".
He said she was "inspirational" and an "amazing woman" despite the difficult time she has been going through over recent months. Downplaying her hectic work schedule in her typically down-to-earth style, Helen said: "I've got three kids under seven, going to work is a rest." "But if you don't believe in yourself, I believed in you. Everybody here believes in you. Your family believes in you," the Spanish professional dancer told Helen.
