Strictly Come Dancing star Matt Goss has given a candid insight into his experience on the show as he admitted he found it 'emotionally challenging' as dance 'took over' his life
Strictly Come Dancing star Matt Goss has admitted his time on the show has been “emotionally challenging”, as his training schedule for the energetic Jive led to the dance “taking over” his life.
While this might put some dancers off, it hadn’t deterred Matt, as he even revealed one added perk of such a gruelling workout while performing the dance. “Absolutely not! Although they don’t leave a lot to the imagination!” He exclaimed, before revealing that despite his showmanship, he was actually a very shy person.
