Strictly Come Dancing 's Will Mellor has admitted that his "knees are in shock" as he shared a video of himself resting with a bag of frozen peas after rehearsals.
Will captioned the video with: "In rehearsal for @bbcstrictly !! My knees are in shock!! #tooldforthis #strictlycomedancing #dancing #badknees #shattered." Talking to OK! and press recently, Will said: "I don't want to get injured. I've got bad knees from football injuries, operations and stuff - I'm having to ice them every night.
