Suella Braverman’s speech at the National Conservatism conference was interrupted by two protesters just hours after Jacob Rees-Mogg’s speech was also disrupted.
“Anyone else?” Ms Braverman said to applause, before adding: “It’s audition day for the shadow cabinet. Climate change protest group Extinction Rebellion have claimed credit for the disruption, during which a man joined Mr Rees-Mogg at the lectern.“I would like to draw your attention to a few characteristics of fascism.”
