Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagicFillion will play a Green Lantern named Guy Gardner in the upcoming film, following his appearances as Cory Pitzner, aka T.D.K. , in Gunn'sGathegim has been cast as Mister Terrific, aka Michael Holt, an extremely intelligent inventor who also possesses dangerous combat skills. Meanwhile, Merced will play the winged, weapon-wielding Hawkgirl.
Gunn is yet to comment on the castings. However, he did previously confirm the news on Corenswet and Brosnahan last month, tweeting: "They are not only both incredible actors, but also wonderful people."
