Susan Boyle has told how she suffered a minor stroke during an emotional return to Britain's Got Talent.

Boyle, 62, took to the stage to sing I Dreamed a Dream, the very song she performed to the judges back in 2009, but after the performance she told hosts Ant and Dec of her health struggles.
