The Good Morning Britain presenter revealed her diet secrets after explaining she previously struggled to shed the pounds.
Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid has often spoken up about both the struggles and successes of her weight loss journey.
"I found it really hard to shift those pounds. What is the problem when there are so many workout plans, so many nutrition plans, what is the reason for that?" she asked. In 2019, Susanna explained that her weight loss journey began when she visited the GP about skin problems. During an interview with Prima magazine, the presenter said that her doctor warned she was at the top end of her height's BMI, recommending that she lose some weight.
The mum of three cut out cravings, identifying the source of her snacking as her super early 4am wake up time. As a pescatarian, Susanna eats fish but no other meat as she sticks to a healthy lifestyle. She also stopped drinking alcohol in 2019, after revealing it left her "literally scarred" due to aggravating her skin, causing blood vessels on her face to burst, causing some permanent scarring.
