Tyren Pollard will stand trial in July next year
Tyren Pollard, 51, appeared at Manchester Crown Court this morning , to enter not a guilty plea to the unlawful killing of Bernard Hirsch in March 2020.READ MORE: Armed police swoop on car and arrest man for 'rape and possession of a firearm'The particulars of the charge read out in court stated that on December 11 2017 in Trafford, Mr Pollard is alleged to have unlawfully and maliciously wounded Mr Hirsch.
During the brief hearing, administration matters in relation to the trial were discussed between parties. A trial date was set for July 15 2024, and was estimated to last up to seven days. Mr Pollard, of Newbury Avenue, Sale, will next appear at Manchester Crown Court on March 22 2024 for a further case management hearing. He was granted unconditional bail.
