Stephen Hall was taken to hospital after allegedly being punched inside the Stanley Arms pub on Lancaster Road, Preston. Police and North West Ambulance Service paramedics were called when the incident occurred shortly after midnight on Monday, August 14.A public appeal was launched by Lancashire Constabulary and Bamber Bridge man Jason Clarkson, 33, appeared at Preston Magistrates' Court on Tuesday in connection.
Clarkson, of Woodfield, is accused of wounding Mr Hall. He entered no plea when he appeared before court on Tuesday
