Mick's Hut in Preston slapped back at a customer that described their food as tasting like 'poo'
A beloved Preston takeaway, that recently fed stranded children in the city centre after trains north of Lancashire were cancelled, has hit back at a review that said their food 'tastes like poo'.
Not only did they leave the scathing remark, but also gave the eatery a one out of five stars for food, three out of five for service and one out of five for atmosphere. However, the takeaway that boasts a total of four out of five stars on TripAdvisor, didn't just leave it there.Posting on their Facebook page, Mick's Hut replied to the customer and very much disagreed with the overall sentiment.
The full response reads: "Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we have never tasted 'poo' so we will have to disagree with your comment. Another commented: "Someone I know got a chicken and donner kebab last week. They said “it’s the best ever”" A third wrote: "Well I’ve been eating your poo for nearly 20 years and it tastes amazing!!!! Infact I will be ordering a poo tastic takeaway next week - bring on the poo."
