Presale tickets for Liverpool and London are available today
Many Taylor Swift fans have reported problems when trying to access the Ticketmaster and AXS waiting rooms.
But there is a similar situation for some fans today as they try to get tickets for Liverpool and London. The popular singer confirmed last month that she would be bringing her critically acclaimed Eras tour to Liverpool, London, Edinburgh and Cardiff in 2024. General sale will start on July 17, but presale began yesterday, Monday July 10, and is split over three days with each date having its own allotted time. If you pre-ordered Taylor's latest album Midnights from her official store, you should have received a presale code by email between Thursday, July 6 and Friday, July 7.
Fans have been taking to Twitter to share their frustration. User @chanchantal_ said: "@AXS_UK Hi, my account was blocked when trying to enter the waiting room for the Taylor Swift presale, and I don't understand why. Could you please give me some support?"
