The bombshell news went public on Taylor's Instagram page Wednesday as she dashed off to the film's packed premiere in Los Angeles, where 2,200 fans thronged to catch sight of her.
Wednesday's premiere was hosted by Swift at the outdoor mall The Grove in Los Angeles, which was shutdown all day for the high-profile event.
The Eras Tour Concert Film is set to hit theaters on Friday, October 13 but fans will have a chance to get 'early access' tickets starting Thursday morning. The film has already amassed $100million in presale tickets alone and could have a bigger opening weekend than the Barbie movie
