Team GB's gold-medal favourites could only finish fourth at the Tokyo Olympics after losing control of boat. The final ends their dominance of coxless four event - having won gold in this event since the Sydney Games. Tearful Oliver Cook took responsibility and said: I forgot the steering and that's what cost us a medal'.
