Matt Goss and professional dance partner Nadiya Bychkova gave their last performance were the latest couple to leave the show
It was an emotional farewell for Matt Goss on Strictly this week as he and professional dance partner Nadiya Bychkova gave their last performance on the show. However, while many were touched by the singer's reaction at the end of the episode others joined in to speculate on other reasons for Matt's tears.
Kym, 46, and Graziano impressed the judges with their second performance of their samba to Volare by Gipsy Kings, however, when the 54-year-old Bros star and his partner rolled out their jive for the second time in the BBC One dance contest it didn't go down as well. Speaking to host Tess Daly after the results, Matt, said: "It’s an extraordinary experience." Thanking the judges and his partner he said: "Thank you judges for your candour, you’ve helped me in many ways. My posture – Anton, I am more aware of it. This lovely lady beside me, a world champion with all the patience. I am very honoured to have danced with you, and everyone who is still in, I love you guys, go smash it guys.
However, Manchester Evening News spotted that social media users had more to say on the topic of Matt's tears and his downfall when facing the third public vote. One person tweeted: "Matt might have done a bit better if they hadn't dressed him in ill-fitting trousers every week #StrictlyComeDancing." Another said: "Is Matt losing his trousers? #Strictly."
