Officers also found 15 boxes of psychoactive substances in the car
A car was followed by police before a teenager ran out and 'threw a machete into bushes' as drugs were found.
The car was followed by a plain police car with the two men inside seen on the phone. As the car was stopped, a 17-year-old boy ran from the vehicle towards Old Trafford and was chased before 'throwing a large machete into the bushes'.After a scuffle he was detained by officers for a stop search who recovered a further lock knife and numerous snap bags of cannabis and white powder suspected to be cocaine, as well as mobile phones police say are consistent with drugs supply.
A search of the car located 15 boxes of psychoactive substance. Both males were further arrested for possession with intent to supply a psychoactive substance.
