BREAKING: A teenager is being held over the death of a rapper at Notting Hill Carnival.
He was arrested on suspicion of murder and is being questioned in custody.
Detective inspector Laura Semple said: ‘Do you know who this person is? He was caught on CCTV at the Carnival and we still urgently need to trace him. At the time his manager Chris Patrick said in a statement: ‘He went to Carnival with his younger sister and friends to have a good time.Four other people have previously been arrested in connection with the killing.
