A teen is wanted in connection with a fatal crash that killed a man known locally as the 'running man.' David Francis was struck by a black Audi S8 on Morgan Mews, Netherton, Bootle, at 9pm on Thursday, April 13.
View gallery Cops launched a probe into the incident and now detectives want to speak to 17-year-old Lewis Wright, who officers claim has information that they believe could be vital to the investigation. “Furthermore we believe Wright could hold vital information to our continuing enquiries and are appealing to the public to assist us in locating him. This was a horrific and reckless incident that has left a family with a devastating loss.
