Tesco shoppers ditching expensive restaurants after trying 'gourmet' £5 meal
Tesco shoppers have been raving about a £5 meal found in store that they say is so delicious there's no need to fork out at an expensive restaurant.
Thankfully, the supermarket giant has came out with a delicious "gourmet" alternative offering that costs just £10 for two people - working out at £5 per person, Manchester Evening News reports. But shoppers can save money if they have a Clubcard, which is free to get, and brings the price down to £10.
The bargain find was posted on the Facebook group Snack Reviews, where a picture of the product was shared alongside the caption: "Found in Tesco. £10 with Tesco clubcard."
