Wow, the dream job DOES exist
Is there anything better than a humble cuppa?Tetley is looking to recruit two graduate tea buyers who will get to sample different varieties of the warming beverage and, eventually, travel around the world to growing tea regions.
The hired individuals will get to try up to 300 different brews per day while they train to become a ‘tea master.’ After they complete the training, graduate buyers will be given the opportunity to build solid relationships with suppliers and growers around the globe and predict the next big trends in the world of tea.
Some other day-to-day responsibilities include supporting buyers and assistant buyers, organising tastings and working with the shipping department to monitor stocks in the supply chain. Tetley has stressed that anyone thinking of applying must have a 2:2 level grade in any degree, as well as strong planning, time management and organisational skills.
