Prince William has faced criticism from football fans after he failed to attend the Women's World Cup final, which saw England's Lionesses face off against the Spanish team on Sunday, 20 August.However, they’re still being lauded for changing the face of women’s football - and for being the first England team to make a World Cup Final since 1966.
He has been a brilliant supporter of the team throughout. He came to see the team before we left and he’s been sending messages of support throughout.
