Mark Labbett, who is also known as the 'Beast' on quiz show The Chase, has transformed his looks with a 63kg weight loss, looking almost unrecognisable this week as he was spotted this week
Mark Labbett has lost a whopping 63kg in the last few years after being more conscious of eating habits focusing on his health - and looks amazing for it.
He said: "I think one of the pluses of having what may or may not have been Covid a few times is that I just lost my appetite." TV presenter Hayley, who began dating Mark in May, is also proud of her beau's achievement, telling OK! recently, "I personally think he's done incredibly well. Obviously, he does have weight issues so I support him all the way, we went to a local supermarket in LA and we make healthy choices together."
"A gastric band is useless for me because sugar metabolises quite quickly, so I've done it the old fashion way by eating a bit less and I've tried to go to the gym."
