Glasgow is well known for its original dialect with plenty of pretty specific - and often amusing- phrases making up our local vocabulary.
The city has plenty of local phrases and mantras - People Make Glasgow after all - and many of us use these sayings in everyday life. But, how many of these phrases can you explain in basic terms to a non- Weegie?
