It wants to campaign for the next manifesto to reflect policies that win that deliver for “Red Wall” voters, the new Conservative voters that joined the party in 2017 and 2019.They continued: “And, thirdly, it wants to win legislative battles now to make sure that Parliament delivers for the 2017 2019 voters that came around last time.”
