As the nation mourns Queen Elizabeth II, many people have fond memories to share including a former royal chef who revealed Her Majesty’s love of a Morecambe Bay delicacy.

Locally caught shrimps are boiled in butter with a secret combination of spices until they are tender.This delicacy can be either eaten warmed through, where the butter starts to melt, or at room temperature.
