Footage shows the extent of the problem
Locals have been left "disgusted" after discovering a large amount of rubbish had been fly-tipped at a popular dog walking spot in a Nottinghamshire village. Piles of household items have been dumped in land off Coventry Lane, in Bramcote.
Mrs Starr first noticed the rubbish while out on a dog walk on Wednesday, August 2, but believes it could have been there since the day before. According to local Stapleford councillor, Richard MacRae, it is not the first incident of fly-tipping across Broxtowe. "And another thing that's quite upsetting, is a lot of the items, could have been put on freecycling pages or gone to charity shops. Not everything is rubbish. It's quite upsetting to see it discarded when it could have been used to help somebody.
