The Walking Dead boss teases 'mindblowing' Rick and Michonne spinoff

We last saw Rick in episode five of season nine , wherein he was severely wounded and later carried off in a Civic Republic Military Helicopter never to be seen again. Michonne later found evidence that Rick was still alive in the 13th episode of season 10 .as she left the main group to find Rick and bring him home. We haven't seen or heard from them ever since. Now, Rick and Michonne will be reunited in their own spin-off.
"It kind of goes coast to coast that way. Between the intimate and the epic and the insane," Gimple said.
