Brook Marshall-Byrne is charged with manslaughter
Brook Marshall-Byrne, 19, appeared at Manchester Crown Court this morning . He is charged with an offence of manslaughter and an offence of affray.
Mr Ludwiczak, 35, died in hospital following an incident on Silver Street in the town centre on July 8.No pleas were entered during today’s hearing. During the hearing administrative matters were discussed, and a further case management hearing was set for November 21.Mr Marshall-Byrne, of Prestwich Hills, Prestwich was granted bail until the next hearing.
