The new owners have already spent £3 million on renovations
More than 3,000 new holiday homes are being added to a popular Northampton holiday park as part of a multi-million pound upgrade. Owners Royale Resorts said the £30 million investment will enhance the park's reputation as "a destination resort for the whole family."
The new owners have already spent £3 million on a facelift which included new holiday accommodation, one-site maintenance and additional facilities. The next phase of expansion will now see the total number of holiday plots rocket from around 2,000 to over 5,000.Royale Group founder and CEO Bob Bull, says: “Billing Aquadrome has everything families could want, all in one place, allowing them the opportunity to make holiday memories that will last forever.
Planning permission was granted by West Northamptonshire Council for more than 1,000 caravans to be added to the 275 acre site last month. This is despite strong opposition from residents and the local parish council.
