The east end of the city was a sea of green and white yesterday
Thousands of fans flocked to Celtic Park yesterday to welcome the team after their big win at Tynecastle earned them their second Scottish Premiership title in a row.
The east end of the city was in high spirits as crowds gathered to welcome the players home, with The Green Brigade inviting fans to join them at the stadium. A sea of green and white could be seen as the team bus arrived in Parkhead. Fans, old and young, were pictured waving flags and green smoke from pyro filled the air as celebrations kicked off outside the Main Stand.“It’s even sweeter to come to a stadium where they’ve tried to have as few in as possible.”
Ange Postecoglou spoke after the game and explained the 'emotion' he felt after securing his fourth trophy as manager.
