'He was such a bubbly, outgoing, caring and loving person'
Heartbroken tributes have poured in for a young dad killed in a car crash, as a fundraiser set up for his young daughter has raised thousands.
Following his sudden death, tributes have poured in for the popular roofer and father of Daisy, aged four. Tom's best friend of 15 years, Andy Taylor has now set up a Go Fund Me page in Tom's honour and to ensure a bright future for his young daughter.Talking to LancsLive, Andy said: "Tom and I have been friends for around 15 years and grew up together. He was such a bubbly, outgoing, caring and loving person.
Two people - a man aged 24 from Blackburn and another man aged 42 from Accrington have both been arrested following he incident on Sunday. Both have both been bailed, pending further enquiries until March 10, 2023.
