Three men have since been arrested on suspicion of a number of offences and remain in police custody at this time
Police say they investigating a link between two alleged assaults in Co Antrim on Friday night and have arrested three men.
Shortly after 5.45pm on Friday, police received a report that two men had been attacked by a group of men in a car park.The men did not require hospital treatment for their injuries. While making enquiries into this report, the PSNI spoke to another man who required hospital treatment for a wound to his hand.
Meanwhile, a 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
