The actress, best known for playing Mimi Maguire in Shameless, appeared on Good Morning Britain earlier this month where she showed off the results of a facelift. Tina said her new health kick saw her eat small, healthy meals four times a day and that she also took up jogging. The actress told GMB viewers: "As somebody who has always struggled with my weight having lost 12 stone and it's difficult in the current times we live in, the challenging times we live in. We all tend to look for different crutches.
